Bowling for Soup is one of the original bands that helped kick start the new era of mixing together pop, punk and rock. Formed in 1994 in Wichita Falls, Texas the band started to progress and make a name for themselves leading to a relocation to Denton, Texas.

Their most popular hits include ‘Girl All The Bad Guys Want’, ‘Almost’, ‘Punk Rock 101’ and ‘High School Never Ends’.

Releasing multiple records including 11 studio albums, attending countless tours and a few documented DVDs for the superfans, the group is still going strong with their most recent album ‘Fishin’ For Woos’, which was released in late April 2011.

The Music Press managed to catch up with vocalist Jaret Reddick and bassist Erik Chandler to chat about their acoustic gigs, the pressures of being a musician, Jaret’s new project ‘People on Vacation’ and loads more. Check it out!
